Ministry
What We are about in the Worship Arts Ministry:
- Facilitate true, authentic times of worship for our people.
-Embracing creativity in our worship to honor our creative God.
-Allowing artists within the church a place to grow, develop and share their talents.
Sunday Worship
Our goal as a body of believers is not only to gather to build one another up in Christ Jesus through the sharing and reminding ourselves of the gospel (Romans 8:1), but to share that message of the gospel to the nations (Matthew 28:16-20). These four simple words provide an easy way to identify, understand, and share the gospel in every single one of our services. The Gospel needs to be a part of the entire service every week, not just in the closing altar call.
GOD
Our perfect Creator who has always been and is deserving of our praise. This is why we gather.
MAN
God created us in his image to do his work, but we failed and sinned and are in deep need of a Savior.
CHRIST
God provided the perfect sacrifice in the person of his son, Christ Jesus. He came to earth as a perfect baby and died on the cross as a perfect man taking on all of our sins, then rose again on the third day, conquering death forever.
RESPONSE
We now have the opportunity to respond to that message and His offer of salvation, This is not just a one time decision but one that is made daily (Matthew 16:24-26). The Holy Spirit works in us and guides us as we walk this path as believers. The Lord has given us a commandment to go into all the world and preach the gospel of Jesus Christ wherever he places us.
