Senior Pastor
The Senior Pastor will have strong spiritual and moral character, effective preaching skills,
communication, and proven leadership ability. He will ensure that sound Biblical doctrine is
foundational to the mission and vision of Dayton Avenue Baptist Church and remains the focal
point of all church ministries and operations. The Senior Pastor's primary responsibilities will be
preaching, discipling, and shepherding.

Children's Ministry Director
The Children’s Ministry Director will oversee the preschool and children’s ministries of Dayton Avenue Baptist Church (Birth-5th grade), with special focus on managing programs and supporting families. This position is expected to maintain and develop the children’s ministry during a period of church leadership transition, with primary responsibility for organizational leadership and program implementation.
